PRODUCT RETURNS
Returns of physical products are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date the sales document is issued. Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. The process of returning any product must always be in consultation via email at [email protected]. The cost of returning products is borne by the customer.

For digital products, refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.

DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES
All digital products provided are intended for PERSONAL use only.
The use or sale of digital products on Print on Demand websites, including but not limited to Printify, Printful, Red Bubble, or Amazon Merch, is prohibited.
The use of part or all of the design to create your own digital files for sale is not allowed.
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.

7. MISCELLANEOUS
Force Majeure: If, for reasons of force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you via email so that you can let us know if you wish to complete your order under these conditions. In cases where you have placed an electronic order and, upon receipt, you find that a product (or products) is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all necessary details and send you the missing products without any additional charge.
