Terms of Participation in the “Quantum Greece” Community with Monthly Subscription

Participation in the “Quantum Greece” community is governed by the following terms, in accordance with applicable Greek law:

Registration and Subscription:

1. By registering for the “Quantum Greece” community, you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee, which will be automatically charged each month.
2. Your subscription starts from the moment of payment and is valid for one month (30 days) from the date of your registration.
3. The minimum subscription period is three months.

Automatic Renewal:

1. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined below.

Right to Cancel:

1. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation fees or further obligations, provided that the cancellation is submitted after the minimum subscription period of three months.
2. To cancel your subscription, you must submit a request through our website’s subscription system or contact us via email. Cancellation will take effect from the following month, and no refund will be issued for the already paid month.

Refund Policy:

1. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Even if you cancel your subscription before the end of the month, you will retain access to the community until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Exceptions can be made only in case of technical issues caused by the community, which prevented your access to our services.

Access to the Community:

1. Participation in the community is provided for personal use and cannot be transferred or resold.
2. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or publication of the community’s content is prohibited without prior written consent.

Modification of Terms:

1. “Quantum Greece” reserves the right to modify the terms of participation and the monthly subscription fee at any time. In case of changes, you will be notified via email or through the community platform.
2. Changes will take effect from the next billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.

Rights and Responsibilities:

1. As a community member, you agree to behave respectfully towards all members and not to use the platform for inappropriate or illegal activities.
2. “Quantum Greece” is not responsible for any personal decisions or actions taken by members based on the community content.

Data Protection:

1. The processing of your personal data is governed by the community’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek law.

By registering for the “Quantum Greece” community, you accept all of the above terms.
